Cancellation Policy
Please review our cancellation policy carefully before securing your reservation.
Deposits
- All deposits are non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by The Travel Team, the airline, or the travel supplier.
- Deposits secure your reservation and are applied toward your total trip cost.
Payments
- Payment plans are available and must be completed by the posted final payment date.
- Missed or late payments may result in late fees or cancellation of your reservation without refund.
Cancellation Schedule
- Before Midway Point (Date will be listed for each trip): If you cancel before this date, only your deposit is non-refundable. All other payments will be refunded.
- After Midway Point but Before Final Payment Date: If you cancel during this period, you will forfeit 30% of your total trip cost plus your deposit. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- After Final Payment Date (Point of No Return): All payments are 100% non-refundable.
Trip Cancellations by The Travel Team or Supplier
- In the event that The Travel Team or the travel supplier cancels the trip, travelers will receive a full refund, including deposits.
- Refund timelines are dependent on the supplier and may take up to 90 days to process.
Other Important Notes
- All travelers must have a valid passport (if required for destination).
- Name changes may be subject to fees and supplier approval.
- Special requests (roommates, accommodations, etc.) are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
